Processing Time:
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Our order cutoff time is 3pm EST — orders placed after 3Pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States):
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-3 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please keep your tracking number handy. shipping delays within the carrier’s network are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once your package is in transit.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mane Privé is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Unsuccessful Delivery:
If your package is returned to our distribution center because you were unavailable to receive it OR you failed to retrieve your package from your UPS Access Point, a $12 restock fee will be charged before we reship your order.
